At PMR Sustainability Services we believe in the strength of diversity. This cross-industry experience enhances our ability to provide impact-driven, sustainable solutions tailored to the unique challenges of each organization.

Paul has over 14 years of experience in sustainability and impact optimization in Zambia, working with diverse stakeholders to drive practical, results-oriented solutions. He finds purpose in building capacity from humble beginnings, problem-solving when it seems impossible, and empowering organizations to optimize impact in a rapidly changing world. 

With a strong background in leadership and collaboration, Paul has worked across private, public, and civil sectors, facilitating strategic discussions, policy development, and hands-on training programs. He thrives on engaging with people at all levels, breaking down complex ideas into actionable steps, and fostering a culture of anticipatory regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. 

He holds multiple academic qualifications, including:

-MSc in Veterinary Medical Sciences

-PGCert in Veterinary Forensic Sciences

-BSc(Hons) in Environmental Resource Management
-FdSc in Renewable Energy Technologies
-Diploma in Travel and Tourism

In his 'spare time', Paul is also a published academic author and peer reviewer, and a regular contributor to policy and research in conservation and sustainable resource management. He is a member of the IUCN SSC Crocodile Specialist Group (CSG), Wildlife Producers Association of Zambia (WPAZ), Vice-chair of Zambia Crocodile Farmers Association (ZaCFA), Wildlife and Environmental Conservation Society (WECSZ), and Birdwatch Zambia.
